Temperature, bulk or piece, harvest window, receiving constraints, and what a miss actually costs. We write the playbook before we book the truck.

Stand up the lane
Equipment, packaging, and the right yard or elevator are nominated and confirmed. You get a named control-tower owner.

Run in the open
Seals, telemetry, and milestone pings. Exceptions surface in minutes, with a human already working the recovery.

Close the loop
Proof of delivery, logger or scale tickets, photos, and a short after-action if anything was off. Then we tighten the next run.
